newiracraft ("we", "us", or "our") operates Posteazi and other mobile and web applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use Posteazi.

By using Posteazi, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account information: Name, email address, and password, if you create an account.
User-generated content: Business details, review drafts, star ratings, tone and category selections, and any text you enter into the app.
Communications: Messages you send us via support or feedback channels.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: Features used, session duration, in-app actions, and crash reports.
Device information: Device type, operating system version, unique identifiers, and app version.
Log data: IP address, access times, and screens viewed.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

Authentication providers: If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers.
Payment processors: Subscription payments, where applicable, are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not store your payment card details.
Business & place data: When you search for a business, your search query is sent to Google Maps Places API to return address, rating, phone, website, and map details. We do not use this to track your real-time location.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and improve Posteazi.
Generate AI-assisted review drafts based on the details and preferences you provide.
Process and fulfil any subscription.
Send service-related emails (e.g. receipts, security alerts). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Respond to your support requests.
Monitor and analyse usage to improve the app.
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or illegal activity, including misuse for fake or misleading reviews.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Posteazi uses Google's Gemini AI to generate review drafts. The business details, category, tone, star rating, and highlights you select are sent to Gemini to produce a draft. This text is processed under Google's applicable API terms and privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and AI or mapping APIs (including Google Maps Platform and Google Gemini), bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements: Where required by law, court order, or government authority.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
With your consent: For any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, including your saved review drafts and history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see the Support section above. We action deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Posteazi is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, data portability, and objection to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@newiracraft.com.

9. Cookies & Tracking

Our web services may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Posteazi, provided by newiracraft ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Posteazi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Posteazi. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, notify us of any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Where offered, subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) where applicable and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Refunds are subject to the policies of Google or Apple, as applicable.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Posteazi to: violate any law; generate or post false, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory reviews; misrepresent your own experience with a business; harass or harm others; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; reverse engineer the app; use bots or scrapers; resell the service; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

5. User Content & Reviews

You retain ownership of content you create using Posteazi. By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service to you. You are solely responsible for any review or content you choose to publish, including its accuracy and compliance with the terms of the platform you post it to (e.g. Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Facebook). Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.

6. AI Features

Posteazi includes AI-powered features, using services such as Google Gemini, to help draft reviews. These features are provided as-is and for assistance purposes only. AI-generated drafts are suggestions and may be inaccurate or not reflect your actual experience — always review, edit, and confirm a draft reflects your genuine opinion before publishing it anywhere. We are not responsible for content you choose to publish.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Posteazi integrates with third-party services, including Google Maps Platform for business search and external review platforms for posting. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and trademarks in Posteazi are owned by newiracraft or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Posteazi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, newiracraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any arising from reviews you publish. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
